Hazleton Police responded for a suspicious person at 4th and Alter Street yesterday evening.
Officers located 22 year old Leo Rosario and took him into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant.
He was transported back to City Hall and later transported to LCCF on the warrant.
While on scene, police say another male identified as 19 year old Norberto Polanco Rodriguez decided to insert himself into the investigation and was subsequently taken into custody for M-3 Disorderly Conduct.
Search incident to arrest revealed him to also be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
He was transported back to City Hall were he was Identified and then released.
Charges are being filed by Officer B. McGinnis.
