Suspect Flees Walmart After Hitting Pedestrian, Stealing

Around 10pm tonight, State Police, Hazle Township Fire, and EMS responded to the Wal-Mart in Hazle Township for a report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle.

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart. The driver of the vehicle also allegedly stole items from the store prior to striking the pedestrian.
The victim was evaluated and suffered no major injuries. The fleeing vehicle is described as a silver Kia with license plate EDT4693 with a female driver.

​Local police are searching for the vehicle. State Police are investigating the incident.
