This morning, Police Officers from Mahanoy City took time out of their normal police duties and spent some time interacting with approximately three dozen preschool children at the Child Development Center on North Main Street.

Corporal Charles Kovalewski and Chief Kenneth Zipovsky gave the children the opportunity to interact with the police officers and ask questions.
The Officers also read books to the children as part of the program.
