Meth Making Items Found In Foster Township

A backpack with items commonly used to make crystal meth has been found in Foster Township today.

An anonymous tip led Police to the discovery at the intersection of Highland Road and Carbon Street just outside of Freeland.

Among the items were drain cleaner, camping fuel, salt, and cold medicine, all commonly used to manufacture crystal meth.

​State Police are investigating.
