Continuing our Going Places series we visit The Sanctuary at 172 N Wyoming Street in Hazleton.
Nestled inside the old Holy Trinity Church on Wyoming Street is a wealth of opportunity for the Hazleton area including a place of refuge, a venue for gaming nights, and more. Today we will be focusing on the Stunt Studio portion.
The Sanctuary is free to attend to watch live stunt fight performances during First Fridays (events held on the first Friday of the month) in Hazleton.
Featuring impressive light shows, amazing audio, and skilled performers, The Sanctuary's Stunt Studio is an amazing way to spend the evening with the family.
The Sanctuary has been featured in many documentaries and articles about the Hazleton area as well as an article in National Geographic Magazine.
The matches are filmed ringside and projected in real time from multiple angles on projector screens located around the room. If you can't make it out to a show, don't worry. The Sanctuary also live streams their events online. Click here for their Youtube channel.
All the fun of professional wrestling is available right here in Hazleton for no cost at all which can't be beat. So during First Friday, bring the family down and enjoy a great night at The Sanctuary.
