WARNING: The following video contains extremely graphic language.
Two videos posted online show Willard Bidding Jr., 50 years old of Pringle, along Sylcanus Street in Wilkes-Barre on Sunday screaming racial slurs and making a sexual reference.

Rasheen Hamm posted the videos online. Bidding was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Terroristic Threats, Harassment, and Public Drunkeness after screaming racial slurs and throwing a beer can at Hamm.
Bidding's family states that Hamm instigated the situation. They state that Hamm threatened the family, saying he would "slice their throats".

Brittany Miller, Bidding's daughter, says she filed charged on Hamm Monday afternoon. No charges have been officially filed by Police on Hamm in relation to the incident.

Bidding was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
