Bullet-Proof Vest Donated To Luzerne County K-9

4/5/2019

The Luzerne County District Attorney's Office's newest member, K-9 Spike, just got a new donated outfit.

Choice One Community Credit Union donated a bullet-proof dog vest to the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office for K-9 Spike, an electronic detection dog who has been assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.

The vest will help keep Spike safe as he conducts his daily responsibilities of searching for electronic devices
and equipment, which are sometimes no larger than a fingernail and might contain critical evidence of criminal activity.
